Update on BNZ facilities
Enprise Group Limited (NZX:ENS) advises that as per the release of its unaudited results on 30 August 2023, and its rights issue offer document dated 7 September 2023, Enprise advised that the breach of its banking covenants with BNZ will continue and that the board intended to seek a further waiver.
BNZ has now advised :
1. Bank of New Zealand does not waive or give up its rights in relation to any breach of obligation;
2. We will not be taking action at this time, however our right to take action at a later date regarding this breach of obligation continues in full.
The overdraft and term debt to BNZ will remain as current liabilities in the group financial statements.
Enprise continues to work with BNZ to seek a renewal its facilities on satisfactory terms.
