Marlin Global Limited (Marlin) wishes to advise all Marlin Warrant Holders (MLNWF) that the final exercise price of the warrants is $0.92.

Further details regarding the Marlin warrants, which have an exercise date of 10 November 2023, will be emailed/mailed to all warrant holders before the end of September 2023.
