CALENDAR OF KEY DATES - AGM

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 at 11.00am (AEST). Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided separately.
The key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2023 are as follows:
Last day to receive director nominations 4 October 2023
Notice of Annual General Meeting available 18 October 2023
Annual General Meeting 22 November 2023

Depending on circumstances, these dates may change. Any change will be advised through the Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand’s Exchange.
