REPLACEMENT CAPITAL CHANGE NOTICE
SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) lodged a notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 on 13 September 2023 disclosing the issuance of restricted share rights under the SkyCity Performance Incentive Plan in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023. The attached notice replaces the notice released on 13 September 2023 and is updated to reflect a minor increase in the total number of restricted share rights issued under the SkyCity Performance Incentive Plan.
