THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2023

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend which will be at the rate of 0.66p per ordinary share each (2022: 0.60p per ordinary share) in respect of the year ending 31 October 2023 payable on 30 November 2023 to shareholders registered on 27 October 2023.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 26 October 2023. This represents an increase of 10% as compared to the third interim dividend paid in 2022.
