In respect of its 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, Just Life Group Limited advises that the closing date for director nominations is Friday 13th October 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and should be accompanied by a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee.
