KMD Brands Limited – Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate – 2023 Final Dividend

On 20 September 2023 we announced a final dividend for the period ended 31 July 2023 of 3.0 NZ cents per share. The record date for the dividend was 5 October 2023. The following table details the currency exchange rate applicable for the dividend:
