Message:

NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the EBOS Group Limited (“EBO”), it has placed a trading halt on EBO ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at premarket open today, Thursday 16 November 2023.

EBOS has requested a trading halt in light of media speculation regarding EBO and its potential interest in Greencross.

The trading halt will remain in place pending the release of an announcement by EBOS Group Limited, or market open on Monday, 20 November 2023.
