NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the issuer it is extending the trading halt on EBOS Group Limited (“EBO”) ordinary shares granted on Thursday, 16 November 2023.

EBO ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of:
- An announcement by the issuer in relation to the potential acquisition of Greencross which has been the subject of media speculation; or
- Market open on the NZX on Wednesday, 22 November 2023
