OCEANIA ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF TRACEY TAYLOR AS CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Oceania wishes to advise the appointment of Tracey Taylor as Chief People Officer. Tracey will commence her role in February 2024.
Tracey is an accomplished leader with over 25 years’ experience as a People and Culture business partner and employment lawyer in corporate and operational environments across a broad range of industries. Her career to date includes senior leadership roles at prominent New Zealand corporates including Air New Zealand, TVNZ, and Telecom (Spark).
Tracey has a track record of delivering pragmatic, commercial and customer focused outcomes aligning people strategies to business purpose.
Tracey has a wealth of experience, and strong networks, across a broad range of generalist Human Resource disciplines with deep expertise in employee and industrial relations alongside large-scale transformation and change management experience. Tracey’s inclusive and authentic leadership style and her strong focus on coaching to build high performing teams, is a perfect fit for Oceania.
