Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund, advises the release of a new Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) effective 21 December 2023.

The updated document includes changes to the investment portfolio of the fund from transactions and valuation updates, as well as information on related party transactions.

An updated version of the PDS for the Fund has been registered and is attached.
