Geneva Confirms Permanent Chief Technology Officer

Geneva Finance announces the permanent appointment of Sylvester Riddell as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) after acting in the CTO position for an initial 3 month period.

As per previous media release 8 November 2023,

Sylvester has a lengthy background covering information technology and development in the finance industry. This includes senior accounting and technology roles with the State Bank of South Australia, Countrywide Bank and Toyota Finance. In 2016, Sylvester spent a 12-month period performing the implementation of FinPower Connect, Geneva’s back-end lending system. Sylvester holds both Law and Commerce degrees and initially spent five years as a patent attorney before moving into the financial management and Information technology areas.
