Resignation of RestoreMe Clinic Ltd CEO

Cannasouth Limited (NZX: CBD) announces the resignation of Mr. Brendon Ogilvy, CEO of subsidiary company RestoreMe, effective 1 March 2024.

Mr. Mark Lucas, CEO, thanks Mr. Ogilvy for his service and acknowledges the significant contribution to the affairs of Eqalis Group during his 5-year term.

“I thank Brendon for his contributions to the Company, in particular the launch of online clinic RestoreMe in November 2022, and wish him well for his next career challenge.”

Mr. Lucas will assume executive management of RestoreMe.
