APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER NEW ZEALAND

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Burnett to the role of Interim Chief Operating Officer New Zealand, effective from 9 March 2024 (subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, if any).

Mr Burnett is currently SkyCity’s General Manager Table Games Auckland, a role he has held since June 2022. Prior to that, Mr Burnett has held various roles at SkyCity, including as the Group General Manager Hotels.
