Third Age Health Services Limited is pleased to announce the signing of conditional agreements to acquire a 70% stake in a primary care practice specialising in elder care, serving aged residential care facilities in the Lower North Island. This move aligns with our ongoing commitment to expand and enhance our service offerings, ensuring the highest quality of care for our aging population.
The acquisition which represents a proposed investment of $0.7 million is subject to due diligence and Board approval. This initiative not only broadens our reach but also reinforces our dedication to meeting the growing needs of New Zealand's elder community with exceptional primary medical services.
