Strike Price for Shares Issued under DRP

Just Life Group Limited advises that the strike price for the shares to be issued under the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) operating in respect of the dividend payable on the 18th March 2024 has been set at 22.6 cents ($0.226) per share.
This strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash.
The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the DRP and is calculated inclusive of a 2.5% discount to the volume weighted average sale price on all price-setting trades on NZX for the ten-trading day period from 26th February 2024 to the 8th March 2024 inclusive.
The last date to submit a participation notice for this distribution in accordance with DRP participation terms is the 13th March 2024, 5:00pm (NZT).
