Further to Z Energy Limited’s (NZX: ZEL) (“Z”) announcement on 20 December 2023, the Company’s then Director and Chair, Simon Allen, resigned. Z announces that on 26 February 2024, the Board appointed Greg Barnes as the new Board Chair.
