Changes to Board of Directors

Ascension Capital confirms that following completion of the acquisition of the Being AI group of companies its board of directors now comprise:

- Sean Joyce, Executive chair
- David McDonald, Executive Director – Group Chief Executive
- Katherine Allsopp-Smith, Executive Director
- Roger Gower, Independent Director
- Joe Jensen, Independent Director

Katherine Allsopp-Smith has appointed Evan Christian her alternate director.
