Investore Property Limited (Investore) advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 June 2024. Further details of the meeting will be included within the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders in due course.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for nomination for appointment as a director of Investore has been set at 5.00pm on Thursday 9 May 2024.

Nominations must be made by an Investore security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meetings and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
