IMPROVED PERFORMANCE YEAR TO DATE MARCH 2024

Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) is pleased to advise that the 9 months year to date revenue has increased by 7% year on year, which is stronger than expected on the back of significant sales of MYOB Advanced (Acumatica), and continued strong performance of the MYOB Exo business. The increase in revenue affirms the strategic direction taken after the resolution of the MYOB litigation as advised on 28 September 2023. This, combined with good cost control, has reduced the year to date loss by an equivalent amount. The June quarter is historically the strongest quarter for the Enprise subsidiary, Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd (“Kilimanjaro”), and the board is therefore expecting the improved performance to continue. The recognition of Kilimanjaro Consulting as MYOB’s Partner of the Year, based on quantifiable metrics, is an indicator of the MYOB Advanced (Acumatica) sales growth and dedicated customer service provided by Kilimanjaro to its customers.
