SCALES CORPORATION DECLARES FY2023 FINAL DIVIDEND

The Directors of Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) have declared a fully imputed final cash dividend for the 2023 Financial Year of 4.25 cents per share.
Taking into account the 4.25 cents per share FY2023 interim dividend, paid in January 2024, total cash dividends for the 2023 Financial Year total 8.5 cents per share, which represents 63% of FY2023 Underlying Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders.
The dividend is payable on 12 July 2024, with a record date of 2 July 2024.

Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
As advised in the recently circulated Notice of Meeting, Scales’ Annual Meeting is scheduled for 3.30pm, Wednesday 5 June 2024. The meeting will be held in Christchurch, with shareholders also able to attend virtually.
The meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to update shareholders on trading to date for each business unit, including confirmation of the gross apple harvest and estimated packout percentage for Mr Apple, as provided historically.
