Investore Property has reported a modest rise in income revenue but says the commercial property market is showing “clear signs of improvement”. In full-year earnings to March 31, the listed retail property investor reported net rental income rose 1.8% to $62.3 million. Profit after income tax of $38.4m was $105.5m higher than the $67.1m loss made in the previous financial year. The company said the difference was primarily attributable to the fair value movements in 2024.
