Subject: Just Life Group Limited (“JLG”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Just Life Group Limited (“JLG”) on Monday, 22 April 2024, and the shareholder meeting results announced on Monday, 13 May 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that JLG will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in JLG will be Tuesday, 11 June 2024, with JLG ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, JLG ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and JLG will delist from close of business on Thursday, 13 June 2024.
