Subject: New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited (“NZO”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement made by New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited (“NZO”) on Wednesday, 22 May 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that NZO will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.
The final day of trading in NZO will be Monday, 24 June 2024, with NZO ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, NZO ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and NZO will delist from close of business on Wednesday, 26 June 2024.
