Stride Property Limited (SPL) and Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) (together, Stride Property Group) advise that their Annual Shareholder Meetings will be held on 3 July 2024 at 11:30am in The Boulevard Room, Sofitel Auckland, 21 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland Central. Attached is a copy of the Notice of Meetings and Proxy Voting Form.

Shareholders can either vote at the meetings on 3 July 2024 or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf by returning the Proxy Voting Form or completing proxy voting preferences online at www.investorvote.co.nz, no later than 11.30am (NZST) on Monday, 1 July 2024.
