Cannasouth Announces Outcome of Watershed Meeting

Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD) announces that the watershed meeting was held on Friday, 7 June 2024 at 10:00am.

At the watershed meeting, creditors of Cannasouth Limited (and creditors of subsidiaries of Cannasouth Limited) approved the proposed Deed of Company Arrangement, which was endorsed by the Administrators.
