Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting 2024

At the Annual Shareholder Meeting for Investore Property Limited held at 10:30am today all resolutions were decided by a poll. The following resolutions were passed by shareholders:

• that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PwC as auditor for the ensuing year; and
• the re-election of Director Gráinne Troute.
