Booster Investment Management Limited announces that Richard Kirkland has resigned as independent, non-executive Director of Booster Investment Management Limited, the manager of the Private Land and Property Fund and Booster Innovation Fund with effect from 2 July 2024.
With the appointment of Diane Day on 1 July 2024, the board continues to comprise three independent non-executive directors and two executive directors.
