Annual Meeting – Director Nominations

WasteCo Group Limited (WasteCo Group) will hold its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, 21 August 2024. Further details of the location and time for the annual meeting will be advised in the forthcoming notice of meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, WasteCo Group advises that the closing date for nominations of directors is Friday, 19 July 2024 (Closing Date).

All nominations must be received by WasteCo Group by 4:00 pm on the Closing Date.

Director nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting. Nominations should be sent to:
