Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX:TAH) advises Director nominations are now open for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2.

The period for the nomination of Directors will close on Monday 22 July 2024. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM).

Nominations must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer via email to [email protected] or sent to Third Age Health’s registered office, addressed to:
