Closing Date for Director Nominations
Rakon Limited (NZX:RAK) will hold its 2024 Annual Meeting of shareholders in the last week of August 2024.

The date, time, location and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

The Company advises that for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director nominations is Friday 19 July 2024. Any nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
