Amended: Capital Change Notices (17th and 19th June)

NZL is re-issuing the Capital Change Notices released on 17 June 2024 and 19 June 2024 (in respect of shares bought back on 18 June 2024 and 20 June 2024 respectively).

The Capital Change Notice released on 17 June 2024 understated the total number of shares bought back on NZX by 18 shares. The number of shares bought back on NZX on 18 June was previously recorded as 2,824 shares and should have been 2,842 shares. The buyback of the additional 18 shares means the total number of shares on issue recorded in the Capital Change Notice released to market on 17 June should have been 139,803,213.

As a result, the Capital Change Notice released on 19 June 2024 should have recorded the total number of shares on issue as 139,796,055 shares.

Amended Capital Change Notices for these two buybacks are attached.
