Delisting from the Main Board of NZX Limited

The board of directors of Ampol Limited (Board) has resolved that Ampol Limited (ASX/NZX:ALD) (Ampol) will delist from the Main Board of NZX Limited (NZX). Ampol will maintain its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). NZ RegCo has approved the delisting, subject to Ampol meeting certain customary conditions.
