Subject: Z Energy Limited (“ZEL”) – Trading Suspension and Delisting

Message:

NZ RegCo advises that it has approved the delisting of Z Energy Limited (“ZEL”) as an issuer of quoted bonds subject to certain conditions.

The final day of trading in ZEL060 was Wednesday, 21 August 2024, with ZEL060 bonds being halted and suspended at close of business that day. ZEL060 bonds will cease to be quoted from close of business on Tuesday, 3 September 2024, with delisting also occurring at that time.
