Results of Blis Technologies Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting
At Blis Technologies Limited’s shareholder meeting, held today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Geoff Plunket be re-elected as director of the Company.
• That Dr Barry Richardson be re-elected as director of the
Company.
• That Anita Johansen be elected as a director of the Company.
• That the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of the
auditors for the ensuing year.
