Port of Tauranga appoints Future Director Scott Campbell to Board

Port of Tauranga Limited (NZX: POT) today announced the appointment of Scott Campbell to its Board as part of the Institute of Directors’ Future Directors programme.

Scott (Te Arawa, Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Pūkenga) is currently the Managing Director of Strategicly Consulting (formerly Campbell Squared), advising iwi, government agencies and corporates on strategy, reputation and risk management. His governance experience to date includes trustee positions for Sustainable Coastlines and the Graeme Dingle Foundation Bay of Plenty.

Port of Tauranga Chair, Julie Hoare, says Scott brings a wealth of experience in iwi engagement and issues management.

“We’re delighted to offer Scott this opportunity as part of the Institute of Directors’ Future Directors programme, which aims to develop the next generation of directors, and we look forward to his contribution,” she said.

Scott will join the Board on 1 October 2024 for a term of 12 months.
