FWL Notice of 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Foley Wines Limited (FWL) have today provided a copy of the Notice of Meeting for the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is to be held on Friday 18 October 2024 at the Offices of MUFG Pensions & Market Services (formerly Link Market Services),
Level 30, PwC Tower (Commercial Bay), 15 Customs Street West, Auckland, commencing at 10.30 am. The documents to be sent to Shareholders today will include a personalised Voting/Proxy Form.

Results of the voting will be posted on the NZX website and the Company’s website following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting and finalisation of the voting results.
