The following ordinary resolutions put to shareholders at the PaySauce Limited 2024 Annual Meeting were passed:
1. That James Sybertsma be elected as a Director of PaySauce;
2. That having retired by rotation, Gavin Thompson be re-elected as a Director of PaySauce;
3. That the Board is authorised to fix the fees and expenses of Grant Thornton as the auditor of PaySauce.
