Annual Meeting Director Nominations

Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday 4 December 2024. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Annual Meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Synlait advises that the closing date for Director nominations is 5.00pm on Wednesday 9 October 2024. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
