Notice is given that the Annual Meeting of Vital Limited (the Company or Vital) will be held at the Vital Office, Level 5, 25-27 Cambridge Terrace, Te Aro, Wellington and online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/vtl24 via the Link Market Services Virtual Annual Meeting platform, on Tuesday 22nd October 2024 at 2.30pm (New Zealand time).

Shareholders will be sent the attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form.
