Issue of New Warrants

Please see attached a capital change notice detailing the issue of 9.45 billion warrants in Promisia Healthcare Limited.

As approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held yesterday, every participant who was allotted one ordinary share under Promisia's share purchase plan and placements offer announced on 2 July 2024 has reived two (2) additional warrants for no further consideration.

As previously advised to the market, Promisia will undertake a 500 to 1 share and warrant consolidation effective from market open tomorrow, 27 September 2024. The exercise price of the warrants will proportionately consolidate from $0.001 per Warrant to $0.50 per Warrant.
