Capital Change Notice - Employee Share Scheme

Please find attached a Capital Change Notice.
A total of 120,608 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to an employee of PaySauce. These were Employee Share Scheme Shares that had been issued unpaid as part of the F22 and F23 Employee Share Schemes. Once fully paid up, the Employee Share Scheme Shares become Payauce Ordinary Shares.
These consisted of:
- 66,900 F22 Employee Share Scheme Shares, issued at $0.2842 per share being the Average Market Price at the date of allotment (31 Mar 2022); and
- 53,708 F23 Employee Share Scheme Shares, issued at $0.2596 per share being the Average Market Price at the date of allotment (31 Mar 2023)
