Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

The 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on 10 December 2024.

Director Nominations

The closing date for director nominations is Friday 18 October 2024. All nominations must be received by 5 pm NZT on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and should be directed to the Chief Financial Officer - Nomination of Director, Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited, PO Box 196, Ruakaka 0151.
