T&G Global announces Board change
The Board of Directors of T&G Global advises that Non-Independent Director Marcus Pöllinger will resign from the Board on 31 October 2024. This aligns with his departure from T&G Global’s ultimate parent company, BayWa AG.
The Board wishes to thank Marcus for his significant contribution, and wishes him all the very best for the future.
