Results of FWL 2024 Annual Meeting

At Foley Wines Limited’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote on three ordinary resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

All three resolutions were passed by shareholders.
