Annual Shareholders Meeting Results

At Skellerup Holdings Limited's Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders approved the four resolutions put to the Meeting.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

o Re-election of Alan Isaac as a Director of the Company
o Re-election of John Strowger as a Director of the Company
o Increase of the Directors' fee pool for the Company by $200,000 to $850,000 per annum; to be divided amongst the Directors as the Board from time to time may determine
o Authorisation of Directors to fix remuneration of auditors for FY25
