2024 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Napier Port Holdings Limited (NZX.NPH) advises that the company's 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held at 10:30am on Thursday 19 December 2024 at the Napier War Memorial Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Napier.

The annual meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. Shareholders who are not physically present will be able to participate virtually through an online portal. Registration details will be provided in our future Notice of Meeting.

Napier Port Holdings Limited also advises the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the annual meeting is Tuesday 19 November 2024. Nominations must be addressed to Kristen Lie, Napier Port Chief Financial Officer, and be received by 5:00pm on the closing date at Napier Port’s registered office:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be accompanied by a brief biographical description of the nominee and the consent, in writing, of the person nominated.
