POLL RESULT OF 2024 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises the result of the resolution from the Annual Shareholders Meeting held in person and virtually on Thursday 07 November 2024.

The result of the poll held on the resolution was:

1. That the Board be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor - carried.
