Amended: Notice of on-market share buyback

Please see attached amended action notice of on-market share buyback for 7 November 2024. The total number of ordinary shares after the acquisition was incorrectly stated at 9,983,842 instead of the correct number of 9,983,942.

This notice is given under NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993 and relates to the acquisition of ordinary shares in Third Age Health Services Limited under the on-market share buy-back programme announced by Third Age Health Services Limited on 19 August 2024.
