Auckland, 20 November 2024: Fletcher Building Limited (the “Company”) today announced that Chief Information Officer (CIO) Joe Locandro has given notice of his resignation.

Group CEO and Managing Director Andrew Reding said, “Joe has been a valued member of the Executive team since 2022. In that time, his experience and thought leadership has played an important role in modernising our IT function and infrastructure, whilst spearheading our digital progress to position us for long-term success. With that phase of work established, Joe has decided that this is a natural point to hand over the CIO role and will be returning to Australia. We thank him for his contribution and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”

Mr Locandro will be succeeded by Michael Butler. Mr Butler is an internal appointment, who will report to Group Chief Financial Officer Will Wright in line with the Company’s succession planning. Mr Butler joined Fletcher Building in 2021 and is currently General Manager Enterprise and Digital Services.
